Hey everyone! I am current in the middle of my first build. I am using a HP envy case since it was on and at the time. I have an AMD FX-6350 cpu, a R9 270x GPU, a Tt 650w PSU (I think this is WAAAY too much power so i might downsize). Anyway, I want to do a micro-TX build in the case and I could really use some help getting the right parts to make it work optimally but at a budget price. I have a price range of about $150-$200 and I need a motherboard, 8gigs of ram, and a cpu cooler. The case hase a 92mm fan in the back (I heard there was a liquid cooler that can fit it but I have no idea).

I do game a lot but nothing too demanding. I would like to liquid cool it for the silence and maybe upgrade to a FX 8350 later on.

Solution
I was wrong.

Firstly, the board suggested by Tiny Voices is the ONLY mATX board you can really consider. There is nothing better for your needs in that form factor.
Secondly, air is cheaper, easier, and quieter than fluid, and no worse. With this board, I'd want an air cooler that also cools the motherboard, so a tower cooler would be out.

you can get what you want for about $175.

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L12 37.8 CFM CPU Cooler ($65.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($44.99 @ Micro Center)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)...
You will have to use a pretty low end motherboard as all the good AMD boards re full ATX. Here is your best bet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Forget liquid cooling. Air cooling is quieter by a significant margin.

It is a good board, but honestly any of these lower end boards are subject to issues like that, because they are...well...low end.

Solution
As has been stated that board is the only matx board suitable for a 125w fx chip.
As long as you're not pushing massive clocks a tower cooler will do fine.
I've pulled 4.4ghz on that board ,mdocod I'm fairly sure has had a 6300 at 4.8ghz or so on it.
It does have fairly decent vrm sinks & good quality MOSFETs but as donkeyoatie says a flat blower cover is probably the better option.
The big shuriken 2 will for a good job for the money
