Need an $800-1000 Gaming PC

Hi, and thanks for checking this thread out.

I'm going to build my first time gaming PC but don't really know anything or what to buy. Could any of you get me like a list of what I need to build a $800-1000 gaming pc? It needs to run modern(ish) games at 50-60+fps with skype and a browser open. Thanks for all the help!!!

It also needs to include:
- Windows 8.1 OEM
- Acer G227HQLbi Monitor

lol, I have a set of saved partlists for many people. Its like
500->600
600->800
800->1000
1000->1200
1200+

I have a set of part lists for all of thoses budgets including amd and intel builds. Thats why it took me like 1 second
