I have a sapphire R7 265. It runs smoothly on maximum of 40 fps, but when in high detailed places it lags to 17 fps. Is it the GPU's fault or the lack of memory.
PS: ive seen some tests with this card and in detailed places it runs smoothly.. In High and in Ultra it still lags the same..

Ram: Kingston hyperx 4Gb
