px21 help please

I got my turtle beach about 3weeks ago and it worked perfect then all of a sudden the sound is all messed up. I had to glue/tape the wire (above the little box) into a specific position to hear audio and voice chat. At first I could deal with it now I can't find a spot it will stay in to hear anything at all and its very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Had the same issue with my P11s, the internal connection is very low quality. Mine went out about 3-4 months in, and after the 5th month there was no location where sound was correct.
You can either send it in for RMA, or simply replace it with a quality headset.

Turtle beaches, especially those types of models, are low quality.
