Hello! Today I finished putting my first PC together. I was extremely cautious and made sure to keep static off my parts. I had a friend who knew what he was doing to help me and we put the parts in the case without a problem, until we booted it up and hooked it up to a screen. It shows the intro screen then followed by an error saying no USB devices detected and then followed by saying that there is a USB over current detected. I've read problems with the front USB shorting out, so I tried unplugging it but the back ones still don't work and I still get the error. My friend said that it could be the Powersupply not having enough wattage, so we unplugged the GPU and ran the PC to see if we could get into BIOS but my MOBO has no integrated graphics so we couldn't see anything on the screen, but the PC didn't shut off in 15 seconds as it had been doing, all the screen said to was to plug in the GPU so it had power - and while with the GPU unplugged the lights on the keyboard/mouse didn't come on. I'm confused on what is the issue here, Please help! I've feel like I have exhausted my options. Thanks in advance.
