A few things stand out in that build.......Z87 motherboard with a 4790K may not work without installing a compatible CPU first and doing a BIOS update.

That little CPU cooler is barely better than stock, it is not sufficient for overclocking Haswell. Get something like the Noctua or Phanteks.

32GB of RAM is insane for a gaming build. You only need that in a workstation or if you do photo and video editing and rendering.

A 120GB SSD? Get a 500GB SSD and never have to worry about running out of space. They are less than $200 for a Samsung 850.

Power supply is trash.

A hard drive is a hard drive is a hard drive. It makes no difference what you use as long as it's not a green drive or less than 7200RPM. WD, Seagate, Hitachi, just get...

Drop the second set of 16gb ram (so you only have 16gb ram total) and instead get a 250gb ssd. Trust me, unless you don't install any programs, you will run out of space on your ssd.

You don't need 32gb of ram to play games. Im still on 6gb and its enough.

Also, I was going to say what anort3 said, except he beat me to it. Listen to him.
