I'm trying to build a computer that can run animation software with ease. I got the motherboard, RAM, processor, and case. Still working on getting the PSU and cooling system, but for now I'm trying to figure out which graphics cards are compatible with my motherboard.
what graphics cards are compatible with my ASRock 99x professional extended ATX motherboard?

Any PCIe card will work in your motherboard, provided you have enough power from the GPU. Professional software is often targeted at a particular brand and product range of grpahics cards (Nvidia CUDA or AMD Open CL, Quadro/Firepro). You're much better off looking at what products are recommended by your software package. Whatever they are, it should work in your motherboard.
