Yes it will.
BUT the PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot only work if you have an FM2+ Processor.
If you don't have an FM2+ CPU the PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot will work anyway... but at 4x
Also you need enough wattage from your powersupply. Make sure you have 450Watt or more.
