Which is the better card? Opinions/help requested :)

I'm looking to buy a new GPU to upgrade from my GTS 450.

My price range is up to $250 New Zealand dollars.

I'm wanting to know which is the better card of these:

My rig is pretty old but still holds up, just lacking a decent GPU.

4GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTS 450
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I`m not sure on the cooling and noise on all of them, but from the performance POV, the EVGA Superclocked is the strongest of the lot.
