only explorer can access internet

Uninstall firefox and clean your registry (recommend using ccleaner - easy to use and free). Restart PC and download latest version from Mozilla web. Make clean install and see if that worked.

I reinstalled firefox and cleaned my registry but it didnt work.Now instead of "Couldnt load XPCOM" its just stays a blank page when i try to connect to google,etc.I had Chrome before the issue occured but is says that there was no internet.So i ununstalled Chrome but when i tried to install it again it didnt work.Said that there was no internet connection and asked me to check if GoogleUpdate.exe is in the white list.I looked at the allowed programs by firewall and didnt find it.Help.
hmmmm sounds pretty much like old issue i encountered. What is your antivirus? I know my AV was blocking absolutely every site IP to such point that it blocked it own update site (major fail by their side) try disable temporary the AV and turn off firewall and see if this helps
