Whenever i play a game i get a random lagspike or freeze. The sound goes immediately into loop and after 2 sec it goes into a black screen for about 10 sec untill it returns to normal. And whenever i want to tab out of the game or start up an application i get a black screen for about 5-10 sec before it starts up (only happens when i get the black screen problem in the game.
To "fix" the problem i have to restart the computer.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz,
Amd Radeon r9 290 tri-x OC
Motherboard Msi z77a-gd65
RAM: Kingston hyperX 2x8GB - DDR3 2400MHz
Tried updating bios to fix the problem but it does not help.
