I have a new build that is having a few issues. I am using

  • Windows 7 (64)
    GigaByte MOBO 970A-D3P
GE Force GTX 560 Ti Graphics Card (N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr) by NVIDIA-- I have installed the latest driver as of February 10, 2015
Intel SSD 730 Series 480 GB
Patriot Viper DDR 3 Memory, 8 GB (2x4GB)

I am not overclocking, I have done nothing in BIOS except locate the drive.

I can load up the system and get started, but I am getting odd failures. My internet browser continually fails after a short time up, no matter what I use (Chrome, IE, Mozilla). I have deleted and redownloaded them. It does not matter. (It has crashed twice while writing this post).

I have had odd BSOD moments. I just am not sure what is wrong. I posted the dump file below. When I run games (Warcraft, Minecraft), it works but will occasionally BSOD. Also get notices that the NVIDIA driver has stopped working but corrected itself.

I have run memtest on the memory, and that comes back 100% clean no issues.

Dump File is here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_VBB9Hw53dqaDJuMVZKQzRrWjQ&usp=sharing

Solution
I would guess this driver is the cause of your problems:
netr28x.sys Wed Feb 25 19:02:09 2009
(it is a usb wireless ethernet adapter)

get a update from http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads/
i think it is the first driver on the list. Also, since it is a usb device, you would also want to update
your BIOS, CPU chipset drivers and andy usb 3.0 chipset drivers as well as the driver for the usb wireless card.

Also note: the when you update the wireless USB driver it is not automatically selected as the new driver, you have to select it after the install or delete the old driver.(use windows control panel device manager or the cmd.exe utilitiy pnputil.exe to view or remove the old driver. PNputil.exe -e to show the list of drivers...

PNputil.exe -e to show the list of drivers (find the oemxx.inf file) then use pnputil.exe -d oemXX.inf to delete the old driver after you have installed the new driver.

-looks like you have win7 sp1 but no updates, apply the updates.
- you will want to get the chipset driver from gigabyte for your motherboard.
