Weird issue after uninstalling drivers.

I made a thread a while ago about my video card breaking. Well no luck there. So in the meantime, so I can actually use my computer, I decided to uninstall the drivers. However, whenever I plugged the small TV I used into the motherboard, it didn't work (black screen as if nothing was plugged in), and it still works when I plug it into my video card (7870 btw). I can tell it's using the integrated graphics though, firstly because of the max 1400x1050 resolution, and because it doesn't actually recognize the 7870.

Now, I didn't have any problems with this at first, but now I realized I can't run any games. I understand that some games are way too graphics intensive to run properly, but whenever I try running even The Binding of Isaac on steam it won't run. Same goes for games I run outside of steam, such as League of Legends.

I tried running something pretty simple, Minecraft, to check if it was a problem with my integrated graphics. However, I get an error saying:
Lack of updated Graphics Drivers
We're sorry, but it seems there was an error while trying to render aspects of the game.
To solve this error, it is recommended that you update your graphics drivers.
If you are unsure on how to do this, press Fix Problem.

Props to [strike]mojang[/strike] microsoft on having this.

Upon pressing it, it brings me to a site telling me to check my dxdiag. Well, that was so obvious I hadn't done it before.

This is what Dxdiag tells me:

I also installed CPU-Z, and this is what that said:

The Graphics tab was empty except for a board manufacturer that says ASUSTEK Computer Inc, and the ATI logo.

If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

However, whenever I plugged the small TV I used into the motherboard, it didn't work (black screen as if nothing was plugged in), and it still works when I plug it into my video card (7870 btw).

So your computer is still running off of the 7870 just without drivers installed. If you don't want to use the video card and run off integrated graphics you need to remove the card from the motherboard. Right now your computer is NOT using integrated graphics. You need to pull the card out (plz unplug computer power first). If it was running off of integrated your (tv)monitor would be plugged into the motherboard. Most motherboards will not run motherboard graphics while an add in video card is plugged in, though some though configuration...

If I understand you correctly, then your video card drivers give you the ability to use dual-monitors. Onboard video, with MS drivers likely won't give you the option to enable the tv, via display properties. Mincraft and games won't work, because they are unable to render 3d, via the onboard drivers. To get 3d working with the onboard video card, update the drivers, and see if you can upgrade/reinstall directx.

Ah, that makes sense. Can I simply remove the power connector? I know it seems pretty lazy but the best place to store this badass looking card at the moment is inside my PC, and it'd be great if I could just unplug it and keep it in there.

no you should not do that. if you want to store it inside your computer the only other option is go into the bios. from there it depends on the motherboard but look for something like "graphics device boot priority" or "primary video device" with an options to select "onboard" or "PCIX" of course selected onboard to make it the main card. again bios very greatly so where it would be (if its even can be changed) and the exact wording will very.
