Oh ok tks but if I put the samples on 300% I can barelly play I get like 10/15 fps shouldnt i be able to get more with my graphic card/build?

No, those are very demanding settings and I think the game is poorly optimised to run well in general. I'd say balance your graphics settings to increase fps.

Arma 3 is the worst optimized PC game I have ever played. I love the game but it really hates running. Bohemia will never get their engine to run right. It's not your PC, it's the game. Here is an article that can help you get some more FPS.
Also lower your settings. Ultra in that game is like running 5 Crysis 3 clients in 4k all at once.
