Having problems installing windows first time....

Hey again folks I finally got my new rig, I want to install the OS and it keeps telling me
"NTLDR File is Missing" - Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart, tried to boot diferent ISOs and different Drives to no avail, how could it be? What to do?

On some computers.. when you try to boot from the DVD to install Windows a prompt will display if you have a boot CD/DVD inserted that says, "Press any key to boot from CD". Make sure you press a key to continue booting from the CD/DVD.
