overclocking core 2 quad

I want to overclock my Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 CPU from 2.50GHZ to 3.00GHZ.
What do i need to adjust in bios?

Your FSB and your multiplier, perhaps a slight vcore increase will be needed.

Remember to stress test your OC and monitor your temps and voltages.

At first leave the RAM multiplier on auto, after you get your OC where you want and stable, then you can mess with the RAM multiplier if you want, I'm sure that's covered in the guide anort3 posted.

Core2 performs best with a 1:1 RAM/FSB ratio. So 333 FSB = 667Mhz RAM, 400 FSB = 800Mhz RAM etc.
