Yeah i know, you might be thinking that this is a stupid question because the msi is better but the issue here is that it is $100 more expensive where i live, even evga, gigabyte, asus are $100 more expensive at least. I don't care about warranty because the store where i buy computer hardware gives me a long time warranty, the question is: is it worth to spend extra $100 for a msi/gigabyte/evga/asus version of this gpu?

Screw that not worth it AT ALL in my opinion get the PNY its good enough it might run a little louder and hotter but ill take that rather than spend another 100 dollars on it. Does the pny have the reference cooler?

How good would my future rig be with next-gen games, such as crysis 3, facry 4, metro last light redux.
I'm planning to play them in ultra settings, 1080p-1444p resolution.

-MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-H97 Gaming 3
-CPU: Intel Core i5 4670
-RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8 Gigabytes 1600 mhz
-HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
-GPU: PNY XLR8 GEFORCE GTX 970
-PSU: Corsair CX 500M 80+ Bronze

BTW, is the psu ok?, do i need extra power (watts)?
How much fps would i get in these games that i mentioned above?
