Im just going to copy all the names of the items:

WD 1 TB 3.5-inch Desktop Hard Drive Including WD Extended Warranty (Frustration Free Packaging) - Blue

Sapphire Radeon R9 270 (11220-00-20G) 2048MB PCIe AMD Eyefinity Graphics Card (2GB, GDDR5, DVI, 1 GPU)

Kingston Technology 120GB Solid State Drive 2.5-inch V300 SATA 3

Crucial CT102464BA160B 8GB DDR3 240 Pin 1.5V PC3-1600 CL11 Unbuffered UDIMM Memory Module

Intel Core i5 4570 Quad Core Retail CPU (Socket 1150, 3.20GHz, 6MB, Haswell, 84W, Intel Graphics, BX80646I54570, 4th Generation Intel Core, Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

Corsair Builder Series CXM 500W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU

ASUS B85M-G 5X

I would like to run games like Arma 3 etc. with good FPS, are these any good? If they are can the graphics card downgrade even a little bit? But so I still get decent fps. As I don't want to spend to much.

Solution
Honestly these parts are fine except the gpu. if you are looking forward to play upcoming titles( gta v, witcher 3 etc.) aswell on decent settings( high-ultra) you will need a 3,5-4gb card. if i were you i would wait 2 week, spare a little money and buy the gtx 970.
