Tomorrow I'm going to order my parts after thinking and building and researching and what not about this future build.
Now all I'm missing is your honest opinion and final touches to this future system of mine. Please, do comment and point out any components that could be upgraded if lacking performance, and downgraded if overkill. Do keep in mind that this is a budget build, I do not intend to play on 4k nor on 1080p; all I'm looking at is high~ultra gameplay with a 1680x1050 monitor, all under 500$.
Furthermore, is my PSU really worth it? Is there any other substitution at 600w under 94$?
Also, please recommend me a video card that could handle the above request that cost less than a 270x, or comment on my GPU options below (is powercooler good brand?), thanks ahead!

I have thought of it before however my budget is limited and those choices are way too much for me to handle.

Edit:
Sorry did not see the power supply comment...
Uhmm, generally I'd like something at 600w (a little paranoid here and there)

What is that site "OutletPC"? why is it so cheap in there? Is it a reliable merchant?
