I can't really tell you how great it is until you tell us the model of the i5, 2011 doesn't tell me much. I can't tell you about the graphic capabilities.

Which i5 processor are you buying? Give us the exact model.
What price are you purchasing the refurbished PC at?
a 320GB HDD and 4GB of RAM isn't a lot but again this all depends on the price your purchasing the PC at.
