Can we boot Kali Linux directly from usb everytime without installing it in the computer's hard drive ??? Its like can we install Kali Linux OS on the usb directly so that we run it directly ???

In addition to above answer:

Yes it is easy to do this, but as with all distrobutions that reside on a USB: The filesystem is read-only so unless you do special preperation before hand (ie set up a persistence file or some other method) the data saved will not survive a reboot.
