I actualy live in canada but use us currency but i would prefer a 1280x720 resolution at the least, this build is for World of warcraft gaming

If you're just doing 720p resolution, then even a 650ti could produce good frame rates.

Raiin and rockie's build are a bit better for the sole reason of the GPU. Consider theirs.

It's actually a bit better. It scores higher in benchmarks like Passmark. The 4100 is a garbage CPU.

Look at the rig I posted . the mobo supports X4 860K right out of the box

R9 270 is 25% faster than GTX 750 ti

PCPartpicker will show that you need a CPU cooler if it doesn't come with one, so it's got to be included.

In the case of the 270 versus 650ti, the 270 will win every scenario except power consumption.
