I have a AMD Radeon HD 7610M Graphics Card and whenever I try and install the proper driver I am always getting Display Driver AMD Has Stopped Responding And Has Successfully Recovered. I got it to work for like a week or two! that was when I installed the Driver in Safe Mode then after that week or two I got startup repair and had to restore which made it all messed up and stuff! I have tried mostly everything, Update drivers, Downgrade drivers, Fix registries and use Auto-Detect If I haven't tried anything SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!

Have you uninstalled the drivers just by the Catalyst Uninstaller? If so, then I would suggest using Display Driver Uninstaller to remove complete traces of previous drivers. Then install your relevant drivers that worked last.

If you are still having issues, then you can check on temperatures of your GPU and look at underclocking VRAM, In the past, I had some issues with VRAM overheating and causing this error.

75 is not too bad, although prolonged periods of this will not help the GPU to stay cool. Once you start gaming for a period of time, and the thermals build up, it can cause the GPU to get too hot and start causing issues.

Have you considered buying a laptop cooling pad like this? It will help dissipate heat.

Yes I have thought about buy some sort of cooling fan.

Also the DDU Option has not worked.... How would I underclock the VRam?

I fixed my problem by downloading beta driver. I upgraded from r7 240 to r9 270x. I was having blue screens and driver stoppages. since beta was new driver with different folder it didn't have any improper files in it. I would suggest uninstall/removing drivers and deleting folders in amd directory. Then do clean install. Something bad gets in folders and card doesn't work right.
