How to change DRAM frequency

I have 8gb (4gb*2) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) , and have foxconn a55mx motherboard but I cant find settings to change DRAM frequency from bios. Is there any other way i can change the DRAM frequency ?:(
Can someone please assit :) ?

Thanks for the manual instructions but when i open the FoxOne tool the CPU and Freq Tabs are disabled for me :(

Any workaround in this case ?
