I want to buy a cpu for playing latest games. Which configuration CPU I should buy. My budget is upto Rs. 40k and i want to install an intel processor.

Are you talking about just the CPU or buying the full computer for that much? CPU is just that, the central processor, but many people say CPU when they actually mean "computer".

I'm going to guess you mean computer since your budget is very high for just a CPU even if you add in a motherboard and RAM.

for 40k, you can get something like a 4790k with a z97 MoBo and be just fine. the 4790k is a beast in gaming, and the extra 4 virtual cores (hyper-threading) will benefit you in future titles as they start to use more than 4 cores (DirectX 12 and mantle are a nice example).
