Coolermaster is not the first thing that comes to mind when anybody thinks of a PSU...
Because you live in India, I could suggest the Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU,

It is very suitable for Basic Desktop Use as well as Light to Moderate Gaming.

But if you want to choose only between the 2 coolermasters, just know that B-series are their newer products & have a single rail DC out. It makes use of a single rail instead of multi rail. which just says that the B700 is more efficient at pulling power from your wall than the thunder 700w.

The Power supply unit pulls power from your wall socket as I'm sure you already know.

The b700 will be able to pull the same amount of wattage from the wall socket while taking less load on itself.
ie. it is more efficient and will help in maintaining low temperature and less heat.
Yes b700 seems to be better than the thunder 700 in comparison but the marginal difference will not be noticeable until you look at their benchmark details.

Now for vs650 vs b700, you might know that when the actual parts are assembled together, even the best of the best parts combined don't need more than 450 watts to operate smoothly. So 650 watts or 700 watts wont matter much for a system meant for moderate use.

I just suggested the vs650 keeping in mind its easy availability in India.

It is completely your choice, I hope I am able to help.
