So I can not tell if it is the latest drivers that are causing lower fps or if something recently happened to my pc but as of late I noticed that I get between 40-60 fps in games like Far Cry 4, The Forest, Arma 3, keep in mind I do have V-sync on but it doesn't explain why my games drop to 40 and stay in that area. Is it normal for my pc not to be able to max games out or is there something wrong with my build. All help is appreciated.
