My CPU is AMD Athlon 645 x4 and my Motherboard is PI-AM3RS760G2. Is my current CPU any good? I'd spend about 200 euros.
What should I upgrade to from GTX 460 1GB?

That would be about $227 US. Here is the US the cards at that price range are all too much for the Athlon II X4 645 to keep up with. The cards will work, but you will be wasting money having a card that can't be used to its full potential. Unless you plan on upgrading the entire PC in the near future, I would save some money and look into the GTX 760 or R9-270/270X at the most. More realistic would be the GTX 750 Ti (factory OC versions) or the R7-265.
