I have a Dell with Intel E7500 processor and 8gb ram.
It has integrated graphics. Would buying a decent aftermarket gpu be worth it?
I don't need cutting edge performance.
Just wondering it would help and or what card would be decent.

The average stock dell power supply is never more than 350 watts, and meets the 750 ti amperage requirements. With a reasonably decent processor like that, I would think, that if you have the money, buy a new power supply perhaps 550 watts and get a graphics card that can take a six pin such as a R7 260x As long as you have a mid tower case, or what ever the current word on the street is for the mid atx sized tower, it will fit. If not, then get the 750 ti, as it is a very nice card and requires no six pin.

What is the wattage output on the power supply? Also, what is the amperage on the 12V rail? If you aren't sure what this means, post a closeup image of the power supply label.

The reason I want to know this is because you may need a new power supply, depending on the graphics card. A GTX 750Ti requires 20 amps and 300-400 watts (preferably at least 350).
