Hi,
I built a new PC a few days ago and was using my old 1TB hard drive to begin with however yesterday i got myself a new SSD and a 2TB Hard drive. I have got the SSD working fine however i can't get my 2TB Seagate Hard drive to format. I have tried different things in disk management and none of them have worked successfully and i also have a friend who purchased the same hard drive a few months ago and had the same problem as me but he can't remember how he fixed it. I will share a few screen shots of what happens when i try to format the drive.
I have tried to format it in two partitions also as i have read that anything over 1TB struggles to be formatted.
