Hello, when i boot my pc up, the disk usage stays around the upper 90s for a little less than a minute, then stays low, is this normal, or is something wrong?
Normal. One of the "tricks" Windows uses to make you think it boots faster is to get you to the desktop ASAP, then continue with other boot tasks in the background. With a HDD, this usually means the computer isn't very usable for about a minute after you get the desktop.
Get a SSD and make it your boot drive if you want to "fix" it.
