Recently, while playing a game, I heard the sounds of putting in a usb and taking it out. After 10 sec of constant of doing this, i see the "Unknown Device" isnt install correctly, then after that one of the USB slots didnt work anymore. And the the unknown device disappeared. But then today it happened again, and this time the other usb slot died. And the unknown device is still here, what do i do ??

I had the exact same problem years ago. Had a Trust USB headset with mic which was functioning without problems. Then I played some L4D with some friends and in the middle of the game, I experienced the exact same thing as you. "Unknown device" and my headset was not being allowed to get used.
You need to do two things:
1) Check that your headset works in another computer. If it doesn't it is finished.
2) Update USB drivers from your motherboard manufacturer. (This is an unlikely solution, the most likely is that your headset is broken)
If you tell me your motherboard version, I'll find the drivers for you.
