I'm trying to get my friend into pc gaming and he says he only wants to spend 600$. However he will be selling his xbone and I think I can get him to raise it to 800$.
Heres what I have for him already:
My old EVGA Gtx 770
My old Rosewill Blackhawk Case:

All those above Ill probably sell to him for about 300 or something.
That leaves lets say 200-300$ for the CPU, RAM, Motherboard, PSU, and hardrive. (anything else im forgetting too)
I was thinking AMD cpu since this is infact a budget build. Fill in the blanks for me please! Also if you could I would really appreciate it to be linked in on pcpartpicker. Thank you so much!
