What kind of rig are you going to hook it up to? Is it for gaming? Unless it is like a monster GPU gaming rig that can actually produce 144 FPS, a 144 Hz monitor doesn't seem like a prudent buy over a higher res. 60 Hz one - even with gsync which might help with the massive stuttering/tearing you might get if your GPU can't do 144 FPS or close to it consistently and drops off by a lot often. (I'd go with the 3rd one, the 60 Hz 1440p one if it were me).

If it were me, I'd go with the 3rd one which is 1440p and 60 Hz and it says it is a Samsung panel. If you think your PC can do over 100 FPS or more in the games you play in 1080p (which it probably very well can in high detail settings in many games) then you might benefit from the lower resolution but higher 144 Hz refresh rate. From what I have read about Gsync, it should make your game play tear less if your frame rates are jumpy like if it is constantly going from 100 FPS down to 50 FPS in very crowded detailed scenes. If your PC (specifically your 780ti) can keep the frame rate at a constant 60 FPS and rarely dip under that, you probably won't even need Gsync and would be better off with 1440p. I think your PC can do a constant 60 FPS in most games in 1440p but that might not be as easy in 1600p. Besides, from most accounts, it is hard to tell the difference between a 1440p and 1600p monitor at 27 inches, some even say the same with 1080p.

well the 1600p is a 30", and alot of people live by the ratio 16:10. Just dont know if im a high framerate person or a beautiful image person. My 780 ti is running very well and its overclocked heavily and is super stable. So I guess i just want others with expereince with these, or maybe other suggestions. Budget is about 370 usd.

I've got a 1440p 144Hz G-sync monitor and its amazing, a bit above you budget, but I'll try and break down the features;

1440p this wasn't a significant upgrade from 1080p for me, I've got my old monitor right beside my new one and the difference is very noticeable but not as significant as... 144Hz with G-sync. I've got x2 GTX 670 so never get above 100/110 fps normally but with G-sync that doesn't matter. It so smooth and responsive. These are the features I recommend that you go for rather than higher resolution than 1080p. If the fps drop below 35 ish (where G-sync doesn't work) and is real bad but I think that's just in comparison to how great it is when it's working.
