Here is situation. I am a medical student, I change machines yearly and each time I lose all of the various medical terms I have taught my macbook. What I would ideally love to do is open a medical text in a word document or in some format and en masse initiate a "learn spelling" function for all words it deems misspelled.
I am not sure if this is a pipe dream, but boy would this be fantastic.
