Gigabyte R9 280X voltage

Hello,
I've bought a used Gigabyte R9 280X Rev 2.0
It was used for mining.
The guy said I need to restore the settings to default.
The defaults should be 1100/1500 1.2V
It's running currently on 1055/1500 and GPU-Z shows 0.850V

How do I do this? In Msi Afterburner and OC Guru the voltage settings are disabled.

Do not change anything. You can only make it worse by tweaking without thinking. Just return the card to the guy and make him restore default values. He should know what to do. Flashing VGA BIOS and altering values is way too complicated for an inexperienced user.

You do that by flashing the original BIOS to your card (for this exact model). If you did not flash any BIOS files previously, everything is likely in order and you don't have to.

What you are seeing here is IDLE voltage - card runs at 0.85V when doing nothing. Try running some 3D app in window and then take a look. It will jump to 1.2V for sure.
