first tell me why do you want to overclock that cpu ? (gaming ?)
if so then i suggest you just leave the processor alone because that gpu you have paired with it cant manage any game unless its from 2005 or so .... if you just want to speed up your pc a bit and have no intentions of gaming then you can go into the bios and change the bus frequency in the bios and set it to a higher one but dont put it too far unless you have a good cooling system.. here is a thread on the oc'ing
