Hello guys,
I need some help please...

I have a problem the last days with my memory speed and voltage.After i installed the new Gpu i noticed that something goes wrong with the voltage of DRAM HT GPU at AMD overdrive....

This is my pc parts:
MB - ASUS M5A78L-MLX3 AM3+
CPU COOLER - TITAN DC K8M925B/R
CPU - AMD FX-4300 3.8GHZ 4 CORE AM3+ (95W)
GPU - NVIDIA GEFORGE GT 740 OC 2GB (75W) NO POWER SUPPLY REQUIRED
RAM - KINGSTONE 4GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHZ CL9 HYPERX 1.65v 1piece
HDD - 1 SEAGATE 500GB
DVD - 1 LG DVD CD RW
PSU - INTER TECH SL 500W

Cpu...

The motherboard...

Here is the timing cycles....

Supported timing cycles...

The Gpu...

Here is the synchronization at minimum voltage of DRAM HT and GPU volts...
The Bios has auto setting at voltage and MHz of DRAM but even if i change it to 1.65v manually or leave it at auto have the same saved setting as you can see on the picture....if i try to change the voltage on Overdrive for DRAM from 1.35v to 1.65 the volume goes to the max like 2.205v at target setting and at current its giving 35.670v....and also both setting for HT 35.520v and GPU to the max 35.420v for current....

And here is the voltages...

The main conclusion and question is why i cant synchronize the RAM at 1.65v xpm speed 9 9 9 27 36 and also do you think that i have a problem with general voltages couse of high needs of new GPU?

Thanks a lot for your answers.... :)

Solution
It looks like a single rail which is something, but it should show you the wattage it provides for each output. Anywho, I would advise you to change that PSU regardless. When you build a machine with good quality components you should have an equally good quality power supply.

Don't use AMD Overdrive to change anything. I use it for monitoring only. I have a couple of those boards (the USB3 model). They are not good overclockers but with some tweaking they can perform ok. Personally I have undervolted the CPU and gone for a modest overclock on my boards and they run very well. Change the settings in the BIOS not using software as a general rule, software overclocking is quick and dirty and unreliable.

Yes of course as a general rule but the problem is that i cant change the voltage in bios.Even if i set it on 1.65v or Auto is the same thing 1.35v for memory....when i try to change it from overdrive and put it 1.65 it goes to the max....this is the main problem....thanks for your answer btw :)

OK, well in that case it might be worth looking at your PSU. In fairness Inter Tech SL500w sounds very much like an absolutely awful power supply. Based on the fact that I have never heard of the brand it sounds like a cheap model, how much amps does it have on the 12v rail and does it have more than one 12v rail?

This is the Bios voltages and are the only i can see:

Vcore Voltage=>1.344v
+3.3=>3.324v
+5v=>5.070v
+12v=>11.952v

On PSU it writes
+3.3v
+5v
+12v
-12v=>9.6W
+5vsb=>12.5W
