I've uninstalled all large programs, removed all picutres and music to an external hard drive and then deleted, defragmented, cleared temp folders and half of my hard drive fwas ree. The next day -- boom -- it's full again. Help, please. Norton Antivirus says I have no issues -- could that program which runs in the background be doing this? I don't know what else to do. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hi there hebbeler,

Your system is most probably creating restore points. You need to adjust your System Restore settings(reduce the HDD space allocated for that) and delete previous restore points.

Hope this will help,
