Hello, I built myself a new PC 6 months ago, everything was fine untill around 2 months ago when I started to get fps drops in CSGO and other games like H1Z1.

Alright, so let me explain a bit more. CSGO is the game I play most and I have a solid 300 fps most of the time. But then suddenly my fps drops to like 20-50 which is unplayable, after a few seconds it goes back to normal, then happens again after 1-2 minutes.
I noticed that my GPU usage drops from 80%~ to like 20%~ when that happens, sometimes my
CPU usage and Core Clock also drop. Here are some screens from MSI Afterburner:

I read about others having these kind of problems so I tried most of the stuff I found in those threads.
These are the things that I've tried to do:
Reinstall windows
Check for latest drivers, also try to use older drivers
Stress test cpu, ram and gpu (everything seemed fine)
Change power settings in windows and BIOS
Enable XMP Profile in BIOS
So far nothing has changed, I can't really play anything because of the constant fps drops.
I can't think of anything else to do and I'm not sure what part(s) I should try to refund if it's a hardware problem.
