]I have done that and it comes up empty I was wondering was there a company or something that sold them please help been looking for 4 hours I'm desperate

Hello... I have not bought from them... But I have bought alot of parts on Online/EBAY, once I get the Part #, for fixing things here in the USA, at a lower/used cost than retail... Typically shipping damage or mistakes will make alot of parts available on EBAY.
Where are you located?
A simple phone call can verify any doubts about a business.

I am in the US I live in MA

Hello... Give ASUS a call for the Part #... Sometimes it takes a few phone calls to get you the INFO you need for replacement parts. Some RETAIL sites "create" their own part #'s to hide this information from the public... Then try a seach with the # Asus gives you.

they wouldn't give it to me

Hello... Who wouldn't? What did you say? What did they say? Try Operator? the Service department? The manager? The supervisor? The Local ASUS store in your area? Can your order from them?

Try posting here "Need replacement ASUS laptop parts" and maybe a ASUS person might respond or Repair tech...
Your posting was too vague to get the right response you need.

Sometimes it takes a few phone calls AND alot of Questions to get you the INFO you need for replacement parts... B )

I asked for a part number for the IO board they said they couldn't give it to me I would have to send it to them so I asked how much would that be and they said they couldn't give that information due to they don't have pricing I would have to send it in and they would call me In a week with a quote im like so you wont give me the number cause you want my money but you wont tell me how much money you want and im supposed to trust you with my computer after that. then he said well its a part of the mother board so it will take the tech. hours to work on it I said no it is a circuit on the side of the computer attached via a flat cable that goes underneath the hard drive and its like 10 screws to get the back off and 3 for the board 30 mins top is what it would take him if you had people that knew wth they were doing they made me so angry
