Before you all go nuts like Nooo! You can't is will create issues.
I have 2x4 Kingston Hyper fury 1866Mhz
But I won 2x8 2100Mhz G. Skill
So can I use 2x4 of the kingston memory and 2x8?
Fr a total of 24Gb?

Solution
You can try it, it should either work or not work. It will default to the lower 1866 speed however to match the Kingston. What is the rated voltage for each kit? For the best chance of compatibility, I would have the 1866 timings & voltage manually entered into the BIOS before installing the 2100 kit. Hopefully, by doing this it would you a better chance of POSTing correctly.

You're likely to cause damage. The very best result you'll get will be that the G-Skill RAM runs at 1866MHz. You'll have to go to a whole load of hassle to get it to work anyway.

16GB is more than enough for anything you're ever going to do.

What OS are you running? It might be that it doesn't accept over a certain amount anyway.

Sure can. You will need to run the voltages and speeds at those of your slowest RAM. If one voltage is way lower than the other however, you might see stability issues in the RAM needing the more voltage but by underclocking too it may compensate and stay stable..
