Just bought a cm storm quickfire tk and wasd arent working

Okay so I bought the CM Storm quickfire tk and the back light doesn't work for the wasd keys and I cannot figure out why. Does anyone know why they will not light up.

If you've started the computer, make sure the cord under the keyboard is plugged in properly, and then make sure to plug it in after the computer has booted for the first time.

That'll hopefully get you in working order. I've got a normal quickfire, so very similar unit.

No It doesnt work everything is lit up except wasd

I hate to say it - I've tried to like coolermaster, I really have, but I would concur.
Paint started peeling on my unit in under 3 months, had to facebook escalate to get any support that didn't require sending the whole thing back, and then in under 2 years my mini-b cable went, and it took them a month to ship out a new one. My ebay one arrived at the same time.

They make magnificent mousepads, mind you, but I don't intend to touch their peripherals again. Well, their newer pads anyway.
As consolation for my difficulties, they sent me one of their early Rx's and the layers started peeling in under 3 months.... This new ControlRX one though is absolutely fantastic.
