Hi, recently I've noticed that I've been getting slow upload speeds. I used to get at least 12 mbps upload speed, but now when I test it at speedtest.net I get less than 1 upload speed. I just made my mom check her laptop and it had 12 mbps upload speed. I have a NETGEAR A6210 WiFi USB3.0 Adapter, could the adapter be the problem?

Very possible. I've had many problems with USB interface wifi adapters in the past. I'd recommend spending $10 on a good internal NIC.

Any time you try to have upload/download bandwidth through a USB connection, it won't work as well compared to an internal card. Good choice.
Just adding to this in case anyone has problems with this. I found out the problem wasn't the adapter, but instead it was the XFast LAN that I had installed with my ASROCK Z97 Pro4. I just uninstalled that and went from 50 down and .9 up, to 107 down and 12 up.
