Will this work for this build?

AMD Fx 8320e (95w) Stock Cooler
XFX R9 285 GPU double dissapation
Kingston 2x4GB 1866 Ram
SeaSonic 620w 80+ Bronze PSU

still need to pick up an:
Optical Drive
1TB HDD
Windows 8.1

Will the Mother board work with this?
Sent back an MSI 970a-G43 that may have heat issues that I didn't want.

Is there any suggestions on a solid Motherboard on a 100$ budget?
Also, saw the crossfire IV MB on Ebay....should I buy a used MB or should it be new?

Solution
XFX R9 285 GPU double dissipation Requirements:

Crosshair IV Formula
This motherboard would run some early Bulldozer FX CPUs with Beta support. Overclocking did not work with the Beta support.

Well I went with a ASRock 970 Performance AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard.'

The article you listed just says they sent them the xfx power supply to review the product....not that is was needed.

I ran across an article ....http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

here that says 520w is fine for that card as well as PCPartpicker also has wattage estimated at 384w.

Thank you for your input and I will continue to do some more looking into this possible issue.
