So i was cleaning out my computer with a can of air and when i turned it on it displayed the above error message. the usb ports look fine so i don't know what to do. My motherboard is the Z97S SLI Krait Edition.

Its most probably a malfunctioning device connected to your motherboard.Disconnect everything and try booting it up to see if it still produce the message.

If it still does most likely one your Usb ports is malfunctioning.
1.disconnect the front side headers.
2.connect only keyboard and mouse(see if they are detected at the post message.if not then the port that is malfunctioning is the one that the keyboard or mouse is plugged into)
3.Look cloely into the port to see if there is any short circuit.If not carefully wiggle the connectors(be carefull)
4.after some attempts you will most likely get it right
5.If nothing woks send the motherboard back to repair
