RAM:KINGSTON HYPERX 4GBx2
MONITOR:ASUS 21'
ODD:ASUS GREEN
CPU COOLER:CM 212X EVO
MOBO:ASUS VI Z87 EXTREME
HDD:WD 1TB BLUE

i was very confuse of making choise between the two just to know whick one is better

Get the SEASONIC , one of the best in the industry.

Xigmatek Power Supplies are very poor quality.

That's for the efficiency of the PSU, if it's gold rated it'll pull less energy from the outlet to transform in the usable wattage it's rated for, compared to a bronze one for example. It goes like this Platinum>Gold>Bronze, and there's other subdivisions.

Just one GPU? Then yes, the 750W will be more than enough. Even a 650W could handle that.
