PC Instantly Shuts Down After Exiting Any Game

Hello Everyone :) So I've had this issue for the past couple weeks that I can't figure out the solution to. About 70% of the time no matter what game I exit Diablo 3, Arma 3, H1Z1, Heroes of Newerth etc. my computer instantly shuts down and reboots after a few seconds. I'm typically running Google Chrome, Teamspeak, and whatever game I'm playing, have an external hard drive plugged in, Blue Snowball Microphone, Corsair K70 Keyboard & SteelSeries Diablo 3 Mouse. I have open hardware continuously running and my temps are low. I run Dual Monitors. I've reinstalled a few times with legit Windows 7 64bit with the replaced hardware (see below computer specs). All drivers are up to date.

Here are my current computer specs:
NZXT H440 Case (doubt this matters)
ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer
Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0750M (750 watt)
Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5GHz (No OC)
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (No OC)
EVGA 04G-P4-2974-KR GeForce GTX 970 (No OC)
Crucial MX100 CT512MX100SSD1 2.5" 512GB SSD
CORSAIR Hydro Series H105 Extreme Performance 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler

I have replaced the motherboard (I had an MSI Z97 Gaming 5 before and it was happening while I had it)
I have replaced the Graphics Card (I had a Radeon R9 290 before and it was happpening while I had this too)

I ran MemTest for about an hour and it didn't show any problems.
I ran 3D Mark and on Fire Strike - Graphics Test 2 my computer did the same thing, instantly turn off and reboot. I would suspect my power supply, but wouldn't my PC shut down when the game is running? And this is the second GPU I've used.

If you require anymore information I'll be happy to add it. Thanks!

Solution
My best guess is your PSU is having some sort of internal fault, so when power consumption goes from higher to lower it cannot handle it and is unable to briefly supply power to the machine. Thermaltakes also aren't the best brand power supply they aren't as reliable as Seasonic, or Corsair. My personal favorite is Seasonic.

Edit* I really need to at least try spell checking my posts a little bit =)

Hmm, I see what you mean. I didn't think of that. D:
Thanks for your suggestion of brands! Depending on what others think, I'll probably get a new Corsair PSU.
Have you had any experience with EVGA PSUs'?

I believe this is what you wanted. The +12V is typically @ 11.904 or 12V.

So I got an EVGA B2 850 Watt. Plenty of power and great quality! haha. So far, my computer hasn't shut down. Kind of disappointed that my Thermaltake didn't hold up. Had good reviews and ratings. Oh well. Thanks all :)
Oh here is a new SS of voltages. Does this look better? Can anyone link or explain how the voltages should look.
