Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this. I'm building two fairly low powered machines and am hoping to use one PSU. I would be using two Micro ATX boards with A4-7300 in them. One SSD on each and not much else.

Would something like this combo work?

EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC 3 Year Warranty Power Supply Intel 4th Gen CPU Ready - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016

EPS 24 PIN OR ATX 24 PIN Y SPLITTER POWER CABLE---18" - http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NEW-EPS-24-PIN-OR-ATX-24-PIN-Y-SPLITTER-POWER-CABLE-18-MADE-IN-USA-/251240591824?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a7f1b31d0

Or should I just stick with two PSU's (not the end of the world).

It will work but it is not recommended and you can't overclock it. Best way to get low powered PSU×2 for both. If you get one, there will be lots of limitations. You have to put both mobos very close to each other. Even if you put then close you can't crossfire them, lol.
I will recommend or suggest to get two PSUs. :)

That's a bit sketchy :p. I'd be much more assured if I got 2 PSUs.

Edit: Maybe 2 less powerful PSUs, if they're really low-power systems.
