Water Cooler with H81 Board Worth It?

So earlier today, I posted a new thread asking what I should upgrade on my current PC. I think the best respond I got was spending $60 and getting a Pentium G3258 since really only my CPU is falling behind right now. I've seen plenty of people able to overclock this chip to 4.0-4.2Ghz on my Asrock H81m-HDS board with a stock cooler. I would like a bit higher overclock, to be able to achieve this, I can get either a Z97 motherboard or a better cooler. Z97 boards have come down in price about $10 and coolers as well. For the cooler that I have in mind is a Corsair H55 or a Hyper 212 Evo. Note that I LOVE aesthetics but I don't want it to cost me too much. The 212 is about $15-$20 cheaper but i'm not sure about the performance of the two. Or instead of getting a new cooler, I get a Z97 board. Thanks for any help :D

For an H81 and a Pentium G3258? I'd just run off the stock cooler. You don't need a fancy cooler of any kind - air or water - for a mild overclock which is what the Pentium G allows for.
